DEX Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the DEX service ("Service") provided by Get Dex LLC ("Get Dex", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

DEX is a Notion integration that allows you to share your Notion pages publicly and collect analytics on visitor engagement. You can grant DEX access to specific Notion pages, which will then be accessible through a public-facing link. DEX will track visitor data, including names, emails (if provided), time spent on the page, and clicks on any Call to Actions (CTAs) you embed within the page.

2. Free Trial and Subscriptions

You can access a free trial of DEX for 7 days. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Subscriptions are managed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. You are responsible for all charges associated with your subscription.

3. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you share through DEX ("User Content"). By sharing User Content with DEX, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

4. Data Storage

We only store User Content and publicly available data collected through the Service, such as names, emails, and avatars. We will not collect or store any private information beyond what is publicly available.

5. User Conduct

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and User Content. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose nor violate any applicable laws. You agree not to:

• Upload any content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
• Share personal information about third parties without their consent.
• Attempt to disrupt or manipulate the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service for any reason, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Service. You are responsible for checking these Terms periodically for updates.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States of America.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Get Dex regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
